I would like to thank Rosie Gose for serving as Treasurer this past year and all her efforts in re-creating the Teacher/Staff Lounge.
We hope the Juniors & Seniors did well in CAASPP testing and enjoyed the snacks picked up and delivered by Mary Musallam on behalf of the PTSA.
Membership is at a standstill at 115 members, which is less than last year. Please help spread the word and ask other parents, teachers and students to join the PTSA. Membership is our main source of Fundraising. The funds are used for teacher & staff appreciation lunches, PTSA refreshments at in-person meetings, students snacks and annual donations for each Class. Join us at our next PTSA meeting to learn more.
Speaking of Fundraising, each Class fundraises for their own Graduation activities with the support of their Parent Committee. Such as the recent Spaghetti dinner fundraiser for Class of 2024 & Class of 2025. If you are interested in joining the Parent Committee for your child's Class please email: [email protected]
The next PTSA General Meeting is on April 23, 2024 at 7pm. After all regular business we will have information on "Scholarships". Please feel free to Zoom-in.

Dear El Camino Families,
Welcome! We hope all had a healthy and restful summer.The PTSA is excited and ready to work with you. PTSA stands for Parent Teacher Student Association. PTSA is a volunteer association where parents, educators, students, and other citizens can be active in their school and community.
This year the PTSA will focus on parent education and advocating for our El Camino families. We will hold monthly PTSA meetings over Zoom where we will hear from the principal and the student leaders from ASB. Everyone is welcome to join. It is the best way for parents to learn about what is happening at school.
The El Camino PTSA does not fundraise all year like other PTA’s. Our only source of revenue is through membership. Membership is especially important! Please join as a show of support even if you do not have time to participate or volunteer. Joining the PTSA is easy, students and parents can all join through Totem. Membership fees ($15 per person) and any additional PTA donation are fully tax deductible. See “Payments” in Totem for your donation receipt for tax purposes. All money raised by the PTSA goes back to the school.
We are having a PTSA membership contest! At the September PTSA meeting we will conduct a random drawing for 4 lucky members to win a $25 Starbucks gift card. For student memberships: the class with the most student members will get $200 added to their graduation class account.
Meetings are held at 7:00 PM on the fourth Tuesday of each month via Zoom. Our first meeting is scheduled for September 26 at 7:00pm. A zoom link will be emailed through Infinite Campus.
