Need a copy of your transcript or education verification? El Camino High School provides transcript services for current students, alumni, and colleges. Please review the information below for request procedures, required materials, and processing timelines.
Official Transcript Requests
To obtain an official transcript, please submit the following along with $5.00 payment*:
- Current name
- Name while attending El Camino High School
- Telephone number
- Current address
- Birth date
- Last year attended
- Signature authorizing transcript release**
- Cashier’s check or money order payable to El Camino High School
- Address where transcript should be sent (if different from current address)
Please Note:
- Colleges and current students requesting transcripts are not charged a fee.
- Personal checks are not accepted.
- Allow two weeks for transcript processing.
How to Submit a Transcript Request
Transcript requests may be submitted in person between 7:30 AM – 3:00 PM at the Registrar’s Office in the Counseling Department.

Education Verification Requests
To request education verification, please mail or fax the following information:
- Current name
- Name while attending El Camino High School
- Last year attended
- Birth date
- Current address
- Telephone number
- Signature authorizing release of information**
- Address where verification should be sent (if different from current address)
No payment is required for education verification requests.
Processing Time:
Please allow approximately 1–2 business days.
Important Information
- If you owe money to the school (lost textbooks, unpaid fees, etc.), all balances must be cleared before a transcript can be released.
- Email requests are not accepted because a signature is required for authorization.
