OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS

OFFICIAL TRANSCRIPTS (Updated 4/28)

Students may begin ordering official transcripts on May 1st by a QR code posted throughout the school, including classrooms and the counseling office or by navigating to this link: https://forms.gle/U8nXqC43QcF3KCxQ8

The QR code or link above will be the only method of ordering transcripts. Please do not e-mail school staff to request a transcript.

Official transcripts shall be mailed to the address listed in the order form. ECHS does not e-mail official transcripts.
To order a digital official transcript, you can place your order at https://www.parchment.com/u/registration/7054/account. Fees will apply

GRADUATION

Graduation will be held on May 30th at 2:00 PM at Colt Field. Doors open at 1:15pm, and graduates must check-in at 12:30pm in the large gym.

Mandatory Rehearsals: Mandatory graduation rehearsals will be held on May 28th and May 29th (dress rehearsal). Lunch will be provided for both days. Failure to attend both rehearsals may result in non-participation in the graduation ceremony.
Graduation Tickets: A limited number of complimentary tickets for the graduation ceremony will be provided during graduation rehearsal days. Attendance at rehearsal is required to receive tickets.
VIP Graduation Tickets: El Camino High School is releasing 60 VIP tickets for the commencement ceremony to be held on Friday, 30 May 2025.

VIP tickets are $60 each, with a maximum of four tickets per graduating senior.
VIP ticket seating is located on the football field near the graduates
There will be a raffle for the opportunity to purchase the VIP tickets. To enter the raffle, fill out the following form by Monday, May 5th. https://forms.gle/DCnZkLX6tkiHRLXo8
Raffle will be held on May 7th, and winners will be contacted in order of being drawn until we have reached ticket capacity (60 tickets).

Cap and Gown Ordering: Cap and gown orders are no longer available online. A limited supply can be purchased on-site during cap and gown distribution on May 28.
Senior Checkout: On May 27th (Tuesday), seniors will return all school-issued materials (textbooks, library books, laptops, etc.) and clear any outstanding fines. Students must complete the checkout process to receive their cap/gown and diploma. Students must serve all detentions by this date to participate in the ceremony.
Name Readers: Select staff members will be reading the graduates’ names during the ceremony. Students can fill out the form on Google classroom or navigate here: https://tinyurl.com/ecgradread25. Submission of the form is due May 2nd. Students who do not complete the form will be randomly assigned.

PTSA LOOKING FOR DONATIONS FOR SENIOR CLASS

With just over three months until graduation, the Class of 2025 is in desperate need of funds for their end-of-year activities. As such, we are launching a Donation Drive through May 26th (extended deadline!) with the goal of raising $25,000 for the Class of 2025. All donations are tax deductible!
