Transcripts

To obtain an official transcript, submit the following information along with $5.00 payment.* 
  • Current name
  • Name while attending El Camino High School
  • Telephone number
  • Current address
  • Birth date
  • Last year attended
  • Signature authorization to release transcript**
  • Cashier's check or money order payable to El Camino High School 
Include the address where you want the transcript to be sent, if different from your current address.
 
Colleges and current students requesting transcripts are not charged a fee. 
 
Transcripts may be requested in-person between 7:30 AM to 3:00 PM at the registrar's office in the counseling department.

Allow two weeks for receipt of transcript.
 
*If you owe money to the school (lost textbooks, unpaid class fees, etc.), those bills must be cleared before a transcript can be released. Personal checks are not accepted for payment

**Because a signature authorizing the transcript release is required, requests cannot be submitted by e-mail.

No payment is necessary.
 
Turnaround time is approximately 1-2 days.  
 
**A signature authorizing the education verification is required, so e-mail requests are not accepted.
